WHO are we?
Bohemian Bakery opened in June 2016. We aim to be a village bakery creating a sense of community by bringing food production back closer to the consumers where they can see it and get to know the people who make their food. All our baked goods, bread, pies & rolls are made on premises, we know exactly what goes in them and wouldn't use anything that doesn't have a name your grandma would recognize.
We make our sourdough breads the old fashioned way using starters that we feed twice a day every day. The loaves then undergo a long cold fermentation resulting in complex flavor, longer shelf life and improved digestibility.
Our croissants & other morning pastries are made fresh every day (technique not used much these days as it it very labor intensive=expensive). The final products are worth it.
