It all starts with quality ingredients. We use butter for all our baking, free range eggs from Bruce's chickens and mainly seasonal fruit from local growers. We make a range of pastries; cinnamon rolls have become everyone's favourite. We also make tarts and Czech & Slovak traditional brioche buns called Kolache filled with such exotic fillings as quark, poppy seed sweet filling, and prune jam. Family size plain or filled brioche loaves and braids are also available. We offer limited selection of cakes mainly on Saturdays and Sundays.
